The bride responds and asks:

Oui, je veux être ta femme.  Et toi, N., veux-tu être mon mari?

The groom confirms:

Oui, je veux être ton mari.

The bride declares:

Je te reçois comme époux et je me donne à toi.

The groom declares::

Je te reçois comme épouse et je me donne à toi.

Together the bride and the groom say:

Pour nous aimer fidèlement dans le bonheur ou dans les épreuves, et nous soutenir l’un l’autre, tout au long de notre vie.
